Making DriversPay look as good as their products function

The Client

DriversPay are an innovative UK based company, that offers a unique selection of products that plug-in to existing taxi dispatch management systems, enabling drivers to easily pay their fees, and receive payments owed to them, whether by credit or debit card or cash via their in-office machines, or via their intuitive apps.

DriversPay, whilst being a solutions orientated company, had a brand identity, app user interface and website that was underselling the quality of of their product. We set out to change that.

The Project

Our work for DriversPay was in 3 parts. Firstly, a new website was definitely called for. The previous site wasn’t mobile responsive, loaded slowly and was difficult to navigate with no clear calls to action. Secondly, their user interface for the DriversPay machines needed to be updated and brought inline with their new styling.

Finally, before any of this began, we needed to refresh a rather 2000’s looking logo, to represent the company as the forward thinking, solutions driven integrators that they’re known for.

The Solution

Starting with a rebrand, we ensured that all of the brand communications for DriversPay were on-message, with a clear and consistent style. The new website features mobile-first compatibility, fast loading and an engaging yet simple to understand, one-page format.

The new app design put user functionality at it’s heart, ensuring that regardless of the sophistication of it’s user, it would be easy to understand with little to no training required.
